15-Day Return Policy
At Girly Comfort, we offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please review the policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
- Non-Quality Returns
If the return is for reasons unrelated to product quality, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. - Damaged Products
If the item arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. - Rejected Packages
A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund amount as a shipping fee for rejected packages.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags intact.
Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee
We stand by our products with a 15-day Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, return the items within 15 days for a full refund.
Promotional Returns
For items purchased during promotions, such as Buy One Get One Free, returns will be prorated across all qualifying items. Refunds may be reduced accordingly.
Processing Time
- Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return.
- Refunds may take 1-2 payment cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us
Email hey@girlycomfort.store with the following details:- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for return.
- Photos of the item(s) in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
- Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required to process your return request. - Return Address
After approval, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send items to the address on the package. - Return Tracking Number
Share your return tracking number with us to ensure faster processing. - Inspection and Refunds
Allow 3-6 business days for inspection upon receiving the returned item(s).
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return request upon receiving the product.
Exchanges
Due to processing timelines and inventory limitations, we do not generally offer exchanges. Instead, we recommend:
- Placing a new order for the desired item.
- Returning the original order for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
